This unique Minnesota gift includes three half-pound pieces of our award-winning farmstead sheep milk cheeses (Friesago, Big Woods Blue and Hidden Falls) nestled in a one-of-a-kind basket handcrafted by Minnesota artist Patricia Quinn. Also includes sheep notecard and envelope.
 
I make every wheel of cheese by hand, on our farm in Nerstrand, Minnesota! Friesago, our flagship cheese and first place American Cheese Society award winner, is an aged natural rind sheep milk cheese with a mild grassy flavor and a subtle nutty finish. 
Big Woods Blue, also a first place and multiple ACS award winner, is a full-flavored sheep milk blue with a round, buttery finish.
Hidden Falls is our decadent bloomy rind, looking much like a brie but with a more delicate wildflower flavor and gentle finish.
Together they create a gorgeous cheese board, paired with fruit, chocolate, and figs.
