Rich and creamy, Shepherd's Way Farms pasteurized sheep milk is available in pints and quarts at select farmers markets. Find us at Mill City Farmers Market in Minneapolis and St Paul Farmers Market year-round (when milk is available) and at other markets seasonally.  We bottle the milk on the farm, from our pasture-based East Friesian sheep. Sheep milk is nutrient dense, higher in calcium and protein than cow or goat milk. With a neutral, slightly naturally sweet flavor and richness, sheep milk is exceptional in coffee, smoothies, with berries or in your favorite recipe.
