Shepherd’s Way cheese is sold in the Minneapolis/
St. Paul region, with a select quantity of cheese
is available nationally to stores and restaurants including
the Ferry Building, San Francisco; Pike’s
Place, Seattle; Clyde’s, Washington, DC; Murray’s,
New York City; Fox & Obel, Chicago and many
others. Shepherd’s Way cheeses have received recognition
in culinary magazines such as Gourmet,
Saveur and Food & Wine. The farm and cheeses
have also been featured in books such as Atlas
of American Artisan Cheeses by Jeff Roberts,
Cheese Essentials by Laura Werlin and Minnesota
Homegrown Cookbook by Renewing the
Countryside.
