Our Cheese
Shepherd’s Way Farms cheeses are handcrafted on our farm, just outside Northfield, Minnesota, where we live with our four boys, Aidan, Elia, Isaiah and Maitias. The cheeses are made in small batches and many are national award winners.

Big Woods Blue Big Woods Blue is a full-flavored blue cheese that blends the creaminess of sheep milk with an open texture and spicy, complex flavor. One of the best blue cheeses made in America, it has finished top in its class twice at the American Cheese Society. |

Friesago Friesago is a semi-hard sheep milk cheese with a piquant, slightly nutty flavor. It is hand dipped in black wax for aging and also has won several awards and been featured in national publications. This cheese has been unavailable the last two years and we are excited to be able to offer it again. |

Shepherd’s Hope Shepherd’s Hope is a fresh light cheese available in Original and Garlic & Herb. Extremely versatile, this
multiple award winner is wonderful as a table cheese and a cooking cheese. |

Hidden Falls Hidden Falls is a blend of sheep milk and organic grass fed cow milk from our friends at Cedar Summit Farm. Related to Brie, it has a great buttery note and
wonderful creamy texture. |

Limited Editions Some months our limited editions, such as Shepherd’s Truffles (fresh vanilla cheese rolled in chocolate), the Adobo Cheese Spread and others will also be available. |
