PT MILKING SUPPORT
Join our small farm crew as a part-time sheep milking technician in Nerstrand, Minnesota. Weekday afternoon/evening shifts available, 3-9:30 pm (two to five shifts per week, and/or Sunday mornings, 6:00am-noon. Additional hours may be available.
Responsibilities include milking sheep, parlor sanitation and basic farm chores. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Experience with animals preferred but not required, depending on broader experience. Must be consistent and reliable. $15+/hour depending on experience.

PT CHEESE ASSISTANT
Join our busy cheesemake crew at Shepherd's Way Farms in Nerstrand to assist with prepping cheese for farmers markets (cutting, packaging) and routine sanitation during and after cheesemakes. Interesting and fast-paced environment with cheese perks!
12-20 hours per week, with 4-5 hour shifts, Mon-Fri between 10am-4pm. $15/hr

PT Farmers Market Assistant with Shepherd’s Way Farms
Interested in local food and looking for a fun, varied part-time position with cheese perks? Join our summer farmers market team!
Approximately 20 hours a week, Thursday, Friday, Saturdays with occasional Sunday and Thursday markets. Additional hours may be available in cheese production/sanitation and milking.
Farmers Market Assistant works partly on-farm in our Nerstrand cheese production facility, prepping for markets and also at Minneapolis Mill City Farmers Market or St Paul Farmers Market on Saturdays, some Sundays. Responsibilities include assisting in cutting and packaging cheese, stocking & prepping coolers and bins for markets, inventory before & after markets, transporting goods to market, setting up and selling throughout the 8am-1pm market, tear-down and returning goods to farm.
Must be energetic and enthusiastic, punctual and reliable, able to lift 50 lbs. Requires a valid drivers license and clean driving record. $15+/hour
